How to troubleshoot sync activities

In case of issues syncing Dive Organizer with other devices (e.g. with iDiversDiary), it could be necessary to do a little troubleshooting.

This can be done as follows:

  • Help | About Dive Organizer: “Support” tab.
  • Check the “Traced sections > Sync” checkbox.
  • Try again to sync (even more than one time).
  • At the end of the attempts: "Help | Get application logs".
