Error downloading from Dive Computer

Some users experience errors downloading from Dive Computer. This errors are related to Serial Port communication.

This behaviour could be caused by an incorrect Com driver installation.

For both Serial and USB IRIS interface, please follow these instructions:

1) Download this program:

http://www.computermares.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/63/0/visa-remover

Execute with VISA entry selection. This will remove all VISA entries in your PC.

2) Download the latest VISA RunTime Driver from the vendor site at the following address:

http://ftp.ni.com/support/softlib/visa/VISA%20Run-Time%20Engine/4.2/win32/visa420runtime.exe

3) Install the new driver (full installation) and reboot the computer.
