The "Device Connection Error"

Some users experience a "Device Connection Error" message during connection activities with Icon Computer and when Dive Organizer is running.

If you receive these kind of description:

  • "FixedRead timeout (1500 ms) expired"
  • "Please check the cable connection and ensure that the drivers are updated"

Please perform a wiring check first (try to change USB port, controlling the cable or the pins, ...), then try with a factory reset or trying to repair the drivers manually.
